How do you organize your different color eyeshadow and brushes for each?

I have small drawer things from Target that I put all of my makeup in.


And a cup for my brushes.How do you organize your different color eyeshadow and brushes for each?
I have a brush and a few applicators. For the wilder colors I use a different applicator for each (and it's easy to tell which it is!) but for the neutrals I use the brush. If you have a large collection, try arranging them using a clear plastic qtip holder.
