I like the fluffy paula dorf eyeshadow brush. it blends and has a point to it so you can use it like a pencil to apply shadow exactly where u want it. also super easy to clean
I really like MAC brushes. I admit they are pricey, but they work the best. They're soft and gets the job done. The best one I think for packing on the color is the 239 brush.

i got mine at target. it's awesome and it was $2.99!! woo!! idk the brand name, but it was by all the nail polish and the tweezers and stuff.
