try www.avon.com or covergirl or aziza! aziza has a lot! of matte but i can only find it @ the dollar store! hope i helped!
Maybelline has some. But they are mainly natural colors with like no shimmer.
pretty much all brands have a shimmer, and then a line that is Matt, just look.
