yes.. first it's make from natural ingredients.. and also the consistency of it is kind sticky which makes it a good base for the eyeshadow to adhere to it... however..when and if your body temp raises up a bit.. it might make your shadow run. if you do not have eye lids and it's probably not best because of the overlapping creas, which will aslo make the eyeshadow run..
if you are you using it... lil is more. so apply verylittleBurts Bees Lip Shimmer=Eyeshadow Base?

a strong smell, so I would
not be putting it near my eyes !
But it is all up to you, If you want to

I don't think that would be a good idea, just because of the fragrance that it has. It's great on the lips though!
