This sounds odd but at Claire's or Hot Topic. Claire's has ';girly'; colors and are less shocking and bright but Hot Topic is definitly brighter and has more glitter and shimmer.In What Store Can You Find Shimmer/Glitter Eyeshadow?
Sephora has their own line of shadows that have lots of sparkle in them.

In the UK you can get them in Boots the Chemist. The one that I buy as they have a great range is in Superdrug. They have a range called Dazzledust by Barry M

Try any local drugstore. They usually have a section of cosmetics geared toward younger people, and there is usually a large selection of shimmering eyeshadow.

I used to get it at Claire's. As info, I recently read a poll that guys find glitter immature and unattractive. Thank god that wasn't the case when I was sporting it!

Anywhere you can buy eyeshadow. I get all my makeup at drugstores, and basically all I wear is glitter shadow. It's not hard to find cause it's so ';trendy'; right now.
