Okaii now before you go experimenting, i want to let you know that you MUST use clear nail polish that you dotn exactly care for, b/c it WILL get discolored
basically you have to get a nice amount of clear nail polish on a brush, and then dip it inside of your eyeshadow, and then you just have to casually paint your nails.

Take a piece of paper, construct a type of funnel. Put the funnel over the opening of the nail polish bottle. Pour your eyeshadow in. If you want the color to be darker, pour in more. Then close the bottle and shake it up. It might appear all gunky when you open it. If that happens, put a little drop of nail polish remover, close the bottle, and shake. There you have it. You can also add glitter.
You take your bottle of clear nail polish and dump about 3 teaspoons of your eyeshadow into it. :]
