I also suggest NYC or Wet and Wild. They are the cheapest. If those brands aren't available, look for Jane or another similar brand. Cover Girl or Maybelline would probably be more long lasting and heavier pigmented though. HiP Pigments are the best drugstore pigments, and the black is very black.I need some black eyeshadow tips really quick?
You can try CoverGirl or Maybelline. One of them have a black eyeshadow and it's only about $2-3. Good luck!
