I love the Neutrogena line. It's non irritating and very light. I have all 6 colors and they are very blendable! I really don't have much complaints about it. I love all the Neutrogena Cosmetic products!Do you like the Neutrogena Mineral Sheers eyeshadow?
I've never tried it.. Sorry. But I suppose it is just like all other eyeshadow,
